Effect of matrix metallo-proteinase-26 (MMP-26) during embryo implantation in the mouse

Matrix metalloproteinase-26 (MMP-26, endometase and matrilysin-2), a novel member of the MMPs family, is detected not only in the placenta and uterus, but is widely expressed in malignant tumors from different sources as well as in diverse tumor cell lines. However, the function of MMP-26 in the reproductive system has never been reported. Expression of MMP-26 in mouse embryos and the function of the MMP-26 antibody during mouse embryo implantation was examined for the first time by injecting the uterine horn, immunohistochemistry,in situ hybridization, co-culture of mouse blastocysts and uterine monolayer epithelial cells, Western blot, RT-PCR, Northern blot and zymography. Our results show that there is strong expression of MMP-26 mRNA and protein in the mouse embryo. Furthermore, the MMP-26 antibody dramatically inhibited mouse embryo implantation and significantly inhibited adhesion and outgrowth of mouse blastocysts onin vitro uterine monolayer epithelial cells. At the same time, the MMP-26 antibody inhibited the expression of integrin αV mRNA and protein in a dose-dependent manner. These data suggest that MMP-26 may play a role in some of the tissue-remodeling events associated with the invasion of the endometrium by trophoblast cells and facilitate successfully embryo implantation.     

一种高阶双正交多小波在图像压缩中的应用

目的　构造高逼近阶双正交多小波系统并研究其在图像压缩中的应用。方法　利用已有的双尺度相似算法,详细讨论变换矩阵的选择规则。结果　基于GHM多小波构造了具有三阶逼近阶的双正交多小波,并通过图像压缩实验验证了其优越性。结论　构造的三阶双正交多小波对包含较多高频内容的图像的压缩要优于其他多小波和单小波。

运用Leslie矩阵和Markov链建立了一个具年龄结构的集合种群随时间动态变化的空间分布模型,给出了集 合种群持续存在以及灭绝的条件.     

基于存储的矩阵乘积优化算法

提出了一种基于存储的矩阵乘积优化算法.该算法转置矩阵,提高cache命中率,从而降低矩阵乘积时间. 实验结果表明此算法是行之有效的.     

Altman定理的改进及其应用

章利用拓扑度理论进一步改进了Altman定理，得到了凝聚映象和p1-紧映象的一些新不动点，并且将此结果应用于YPhlCOH积分方程，解决了它的解的存在性问题。     

冠的拉普拉斯谱

主要研究冠的拉普拉斯谱.设G1 G2是两个简单连通图G1和G2的冠,L1是G1的拉普拉斯矩阵,μ1,μ2,…,μm是G2的拉普拉斯谱,且0=μ1<μ2≤…≤μm,利用分块矩阵证明了G1 G2的拉普拉斯矩阵L的特征多项式|λI-L|=[Πmi=2(λ-1-μi)n]-L1-(λ-m-1)IλI(λ-1)I,其中|V(G1)|=n,|V(G2)|=m.     

Research on the magnetic material of Sm-Fe matrix nitrides

In this paper, the types of Sm-Fe matrix compounds and their correlations are introduced, and progress of research on the magnetic materials of Sm-Fe matrix nitrides is also reviewed. Possible research trends of future permanent magnetic materials of SmFe matrix nitrides are briefly predicted.     

Rough set-based feature selection method

A new feature selection method is proposed based on the discern matrix in rough set in this paper. The main idea of this method is that the most effective feature, if used for classification, can distinguish the most number of samples belonging to different classes. Experiments are performed using this method to select relevant features for artificial datasets and real-world datasets. Results show that the selection method proposed can correctly select all the relevant features of artificial datasets and drastically reduce the number of features at the same time. In addition, when this method is used for the selection of classification features of real-world underwater targets,the number of classification features after selection drops to 20% of the original feature set, and the classification accuracy increases about 6% using dataset after feature selection.     

Construction of a genetic map and localization of QTLs for yield traits in tomato by SSR markers

Using an F2 population derived from the hybrid of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. ‘XF 98-7’× Lycopersicon pimpinellifolium LA2184, a SSR genetic linkage map of tomato is constructed. The map contains 112 markers and spans 808.4 cM with an average distance of 7.22 cM between loci. Two quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for first flower node on chromosomes 5 and 11, two QTLs for number of flowers per truss on chromosomes 2 and 5, and five QTLs for fruit weight on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 9 and 12 are identified.     

低渗透油藏矢量井网设计与整体压裂优化研究

低渗透油藏渗流规律的研究表明,受储层非均质性及微裂缝的影响,注采井网的部署、整体压裂方案的优化对于改善低渗透油藏的开发效果和提高采收率有着重要的影响。提出了矢量井网的概念,阐述了矢量井网与储层非均质性的关系,研究了与矢量井网配套的压裂工艺,包括深井限流压裂、转向压裂、分步加砂压裂等。将矢量井网与整体压裂方案在胜利油田史深100块进行了现场实施。结果表明,矢量井网是实现低渗透油田高效开发的重要手段。
